The Red Room was created from a conversation between Ping Chu and Ayesha Mehta, its co-founders. Good ideas materialize quickly here in Taiwan and in 2009, these like-minded people and their friends gathered at the Aveda Learning Kitchen for the first “official” Red Room gathering. Each person brought wine or something to add to the “stone soup pot” that was simmering away in the kitchen
