Each year, the Community Services Center’s Steering Committee and Foundation Board presents an award to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, service and commitment to the community and to the Community Services Center. This year’s award recipient is Mr. Kenny Cheng. Mr. Kenny Cheng is a man of faith, personal vision, advocacy and community service. He is a gentleman whose profound acts of charity have influenced the lives of many, especially children with severe hearing loss
