“Hope, we give hope.” These were the words that I kept hearing during my two visits to the Taiwan Foundation for the Blind’s Taipei office, where I met with Miss I-Chun Liu, Chief Executive Director and Ms. Linda Chou, Researcher. “We are an organization that holds hope for our society and we are dedicated to promoting positive thinking. Our attitude generates passion within and outside of our organization.” As I toured their facilities and listened to their staff and volunteers, this organization’s mission and philosophy was ever-present.
